I'm assuming you wish to know how to copy a user in Windows 2003 Server's Active Directory Users And Computers?<br />

Specifically, it can't be done. &nbsp;What they expect you to do is use the Active Directory Group Policy in order to apply common settings across groups of users at once. &nbsp;<br />
<br />
Thus, you'd create an Organizational Unit (or group) with the settings you want for multiple users, and simply create the user in that OU. &nbsp;(Or add the user to the group with those settings).<br />
