Win 2003 Shutdown reason

How I can remove the shutdown reason nag screen? Also remove the question when we have a powerfailure and the server restarts. Any way?

    I don't think there's a way. Just hammer on the keyboard like a monkey, and hit enter. Thats what I do! <G>

    Yes you can
    Type Gpedit.msc in the run option
    Go to Computer Configuration->Administrative Templates->System
    Locate Double-click Display Shutdown Event Tracker and select DISABLED.
