Wireless network channel issue

I have an issue with my wireless network, the connection keeps dropping out! I think its because i have the wireless router on the same channel as others in the area (aprox 4). Thing is all channels are in use, is there anyway of jamming the other networks as i think they are interfearing

That would be bad to try and interfere with your neighbors routers...More than likely, depending on your hardware and your WIFI software (MFGR, or WZCSVC), you might be able to adjust some settings so that your PC doesnt try and jump from WIFI to WIFI.

Please elaborate on your hardware and WIFI apps....
