Mapping drives issue in SBS2003 - will not work with a script, only through network places

Have just set up a SBS 2003 network, and used the wizards, set up the clients with connectcomputer, etc as advised.
I have also written a script, for connecting the network drives.
The drives are not connecting when users log in.
I have tried running the script line from the dos prompt within the workstations to see if it works, and i am getting the following error message:
"system error 53: network path has not occurred"
Line run in the prompt is;    net use s: \\NEserver\Sage Line50 /persistent:no
But, I can browse to the folder via Network Places, and can map the folder manually.
I have double checked the server name/folder share when doing this, band hence cannot see where the problem is?

If you want to connect network drives, then you should modify the SBS_LOGIN_SCRIPT.bat file.

See http://sbsurl.com/login for instructions.
