looks like a local user account (admin) is trying to connect to a local website(iis) anonymously and the website is denying access.

I do not have an account as admin. I will have to see if the users have changed the account named for anonymous access to admin? Can you see by the text that I posted if this is an internal or external call.

weellio... anyone can Google search "MICROSOFT_AUTHENTICATION_PACKAGE_V1_0" to find those are the first two links... but do you have any idea about how those are related to an SBS environment?

If you do, please included comments with your links.  If you don't that's fine... but say so in your post that these are just guesses.

Bert...

Generally Event 529 issues with an SBS are due to out-of-sync internal passwords.  If you've recently changed the Administrator password that can cause such errors.  The way to resolve this in most cases is to follow the steps outlined here:

One other possibility is if you have a program running on PDXACCDCMX1 that is accessing IIS in some manner.  The source of the error is PDXACCDCMX1 itself, so it's not an external issue.
