How to print Title of web page

In Internet Explorer 7 How do I print the title of a web page in the header? I used &w, but it doesn't work. Nothing prints in the header.

    No add-ins. I just want IE to work the way it's supposed to work.

    i use IE7, and the title of the webpages do get printed in the headers without any issues.
    tried resetting IE default settings?

    My IE7 appears to be fine - it has the following for the header in the page setup

    &w&bPage &p of &P
