WAP54G Lost Wireless signal?

Hey Guys,
I met a quite difficult problem.
Users can not find one of our AP, we can not find the signal of that AP.
But I still can aceess the AP  through switch.
By restoring factory defaults, we can find this AP again.
But this problem keep happened all the time.
What should I do?

How long you have that router? Any other wireless signal floating around? I guess it is possible the router is down-grade.

I see you are in China, so I am not sure about this. In the U.S., the frequencies reserved for Wi-Fi allow for 11 channels. However, these 11 channels "overlap" each other; you can only use 3 channels within close proximity (1, 6, and 12) without causing interference. A fourth AP can be drowned out by the other three, if you do not use special equipment. The 54G is a great AP, I wonder if it shuts it's signal down if it detects such a conflict.

Here is a pretty good article about the situation (from Microsoft! They can get something right!):
