Customise toolbar through Group Policy + Server 2003

In group policy is there a way where, when you open explorer you can disable the up button from showing.

    I have not seen a policy that will get that specific.  I am assuming that you are refering tot Windows Explorer and not IE.

    Is that because you want to stop them accessing a particular folder or drive?
    If so, then you would be better off blocking access to the object, otherwise they might find another way to get there e.g. command prompt.

    I don't know of a policy that disables that button specifically.
