Add users to Exchange via a program or script

I've been given an excel sheet, which contains information on around 100 users.
These users must be added to Exchange, and set up as a domain user.

Since this involves a lot of typing, I'd rather use a script or vb program.
Anyone know of some existing code that does this? Or point me in the right direction, so I can write my own code.
