how to replace terminal server with new hardware

i have terminal server with old hardware and i buy new server and i want to replace the old how i do it?what step i need to do?

Windows 2003 when installed comes with Terminal services by default. So there's nothing specific that you need to do apart from installing all your applications on the new server.
