i don't understand the question, what are you trying to do?

you bought new server and you want to install a terminal server on it?  or you want to use a software?

if you are thinking about using software to remote control in..  i have 2 suggestion!!!

1.  Radmin - not free
2.  VNC - not free

please clarify the question  :)

just install everything on the new server,  i'm assuming you still have the paper and license on how to install terminal server (it has the license and how many license you can have)   the rest of the server should know where to get the license..     are you going to name the new server like the old one too?  if so, make sure that you remove it from AD else you will have a hard time configuring and using the same name.....
