USBohci.sys file corrupted

My PC keeps blue screening on me and now when I install the XP Reinstallation CD i'm getting the following error message: the usbohci.sys file is corrupted

Can anyone shine some light on this issue please ?

    UBCD has Memtest on it.... Let it run for about an hour or two...

    I would then try the Manufacturer's util on the UBCD, for the HDD as well....
