w32time errors in Windows 2000 Server: "The NTP server didn't respond."

One of my clients has a Windows 2000 Server and is getting the following events logged:

Source: w32time
Event ID: 11
"The NTP server didn't respond."

1) What's the worst that can happen is this server is having trouble finding this NTP server?

2) Where in Windows 2000 Server to I configure a new time server for this server to try to connect to?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
