blackberry device gets mails after 15 minutes

I have blackberry enterprise server in my company. everything works fine except that it takes 15 minutes for the mail to reach my blackberry device. i would like the mail to come immediately. I use windows 2003, exchange 2003 and bes 4.1. help is required urgently

have you always had this delay?......on bes it should be immediate.....if you are using bis then there is a 15 minutes polling process that blackberry/rim does.....is a consistent 15 minutes ??

BlackBerry Enterprise Server gives you real-time access to email on your device. BlackBerry Internet Email Service requests email from your ISP at regular intervals, so you might experience a slight delay.

yes there is this delay with all the users I create. Don't know why this delay occurs. I use MSDE as database.

can this be device specific? Like blackberry 8800?

i use msde as well...and do not have this problem.....possibly something with the exchange connector to blackberry?

if you send a pin message from one blackberry to another how long does it take to be received?

Takes time until I reconcile. say about 15 minutes.......
