Making a customer printer driver. I need to modify the paper sizes here:

Need 6 values: Table 52x25, 52x50, 52x100, 50x25, 50x50, 50x100

Two seem to work:

52x50 has the binary value

52x100 has the binary value 60271400e0c12600000000000000000060271400e0c126001400000002000000

Is there somewhere or something that finds these binary values for you?
