One of the most common issues I've seen where BlackBerry's are not getting messages in can be resolved by removing and replacing the battery.  Some models do have a button inside the battery cover to reset but most require the battery to be removed and replaced.

Some things to check/do

Can you check the date settings on your BB?  Are these correct?

Are the messages sorted on the date?
When you do a resend of the it policy did the BB received it?

Can you do a resend of service books?

Also, if there is another BlackBerry available you could send a test PIN to PIN message.  Basically you compose an email on the working BlackBerry addressed to your PIN rather than your email address.  You can find the PIN for your device in the options under status.  If it does not go through I would contact your provider to see if there is an issue with your service.

I would also check to see that you are not set to receive headers only ( no body ).

If needed, wipe the BB device, remove from the BES server, and try again.

Are you using the BB desktop Manager on your desktop at all ?

Did you change  any settings ?

I hope this helps !
