I created a dockable dialog bar with gripper. I also created CalcDynamicLayout() function to support resizing.  Everything seems working fine except the position of dialog bar is a little bit off when it's created for first time.  But, if I resized the window, then the dialog bar is lined up properly.  Any idea what might be missed.  thanks
