I have a User that is remote and connects in via VPN. He and his wife both do. We recently had an issue with his laptop and he went to another laptop until all could be fixed. The laptop had win XP home. when he tried to coonect he got error 721. I have stopped all services that deal with symantec and all windows firewall issues but he still gets the &nbsp;error. Is this due to it being XP Home? all was fine with both connecting from WinXP pro. all ports are open on the router as his wife can still connect.<br />
