Enlarge imagebutton in popup on rollover

Is there a simple way to cause a popup of an image button 3x larger than the original one when the mouse pointer is moved over the original image?  I've been able to simply expand the image button on rollover, but it is in a data grid and this messes up the formatting on the page and doesn't look right, so having it 'pop up' larger on top of the grid is what I need... this is the image I am using:

<asp:ImageButton ID="ImageButton6" runat="server" CommandName="Select" ImageUrl='<%# Eval("PicURL1") %>' ImageAlign="AbsMiddle" BorderColor="Black" BorderStyle="Double" BorderWidth="3px" Width="50px"

Basically, the code would create a popup from the same image URL with the width at 150 instead of 50...
