BES SBE - How To Change To Rental Blackberry And Then Back To Owned Blackberry?

I am new to BES administration.  I have a blackberry user who will be renting a blackberry temporarily while travelling in Japan and Korea, and then will want to resume using his owned blackberry.  Since only one blackberry can be connected his mailbox, how do I disconnect his current blackberry and then reconnect it after he returns?  I need to do this over the wire, because I will not have physical access to either blackberry.  BlackBerry Enterprise Server Version:, connected to Microsoft Exchange server.

On the blackberry server right click his name and choose create an enterprise activation password.  You can choose to have it email him one however it will be a lot harder then what you can setup yourself.  Once he registers the new handheld it will replace the pin on the server and sync with that unit.  Repeat the process when he returns and all will be well.
