moving to new exchange store

I may need to move an exchange store from an old server 2003 exchange to an new sbs 2003 server. The servers have different local domains but the email domain is the same......
I tried to export all the accounts to a pst file and then load them into the new exchange accounts but the users are stating that some of thier items are missing.....

Typically I would use a tool called exmerge to get the mailboxes from one machine to the other.

It basically automates creating the PST's but it does get everything from the mailbox.    If the other mail server is still running you may want to try exmerge to swing the mailbox to the new server or just use it to create a PST that you could merge with the newly created mailbox on the new server.

You may be able to use the steps outlined in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/313184 to recover the missing items.
