All fonts are correctly installed.<br />
I also replaced the normal.dot, but that didn't solved again.<br />
I unchecked &quot;using word as editor&quot; &nbsp;again and then it was OK. I probably didn't restart Outlook :-(<br />
But the user wants to have word as editor.

We are using Outlook 2003. We have a problem with a user that has changed the default font size in Outlook.<br />
But when she saves a mail into a draft and open the draft, the font is change into another font.<br />
Outlook is set-up to use Word as editor, but also there I could't find the solution
