When saving a mail into a draft, the font is changed

We are using Outlook 2003. We have a problem with a user that has changed the default font size in Outlook.
But when she saves a mail into a draft and open the draft, the font is change into another font.
Outlook is set-up to use Word as editor, but also there I could't find the solution

I tried this, but it's still the same.
does the PC in question have the same fonts installed ?
if the 'standard' is missing the system  would replace with another.
or the normal.dot  file is different from the other PCs  (the word tempalte it uses to decide what font to default to and margin etc...
All fonts are correctly installed.
I also replaced the normal.dot, but that didn't solved again.
I unchecked "using word as editor"  again and then it was OK. I probably didn't restart Outlook :-(
But the user wants to have word as editor.
Forced accept.
