Just one final question? The server here is Enterprise, however we do hav another licence for 2003 Standard, could this be used in Ireland as you suggest or would mixing Standard 2003 &amp;&nbsp;Enterprise 2003 not be adivsed? (We have 4 storage groups setup at present in Enterprise) <br />

What would be the best practice for migrating users into Exchange Server 2003 from POP? &nbsp;The users are all based in Ireland and we &amp;&nbsp;the Exchange Server are situated in England. &nbsp;There is only a 1MB (if we're lucky) connection between the two sites, Ireland also has a 2003 Server DC. &nbsp;Can anyone suggest how this is best performed?<br />
