What are the proxy settings in Windows Server 2003 when ISA is NOT installed?

I'm trying to setup Cobian Backup 8 for off-site backup to an FTP site.  I'm currently having trouble with 2 different servers on 2 different networks - network 1 is SBS 2003 and network 2 is Windows Server 2003 x64.  Neither server is running ISA.

The error I was originally getting was Socket Error # 11004 which I have found to mean the proxy is not setup properly (this error occurs when the "No Proxy" option is selected).

Both servers have 2 NIC's with a LAN IP of 10.0.0.1 and a WAN IP of 10.0.10.1.  When I set the proxy to 10.0.0.1, port 8080 I get Socket Error # 10061 Connection Refused.  There are multiple options for Proxy type and the error is the same with all...  There are boxes for proxy ID and password but I'm not sure if that's the problem and what to enter...

Please help!

That's the problem - when I set it as no proxy, the error I get is Socket Error # 11004.

The firewall in the router should not be an issue - I can access the FTP site via Windows Explorer without any trouble - the only problem is in Cobian...
Problem solved - apparently Symantec Corporate 10 sees 3rd party ftp software as a potential security risk...  I excluded the folder for the backup software from what is protected and all is well.
