Associated Icon + 2005

I want to display in a listview box the file selected by the user. What I need when I add the item is the associated file icon, is there a way of getting this witout using winapi. Its just that I say an exmaple that did use it this way

    No, there isn't any native class that will let you get the associated icon without Win32 API calls AFAIK.
