How do I change an IE setting for ALL user profiles?

I have a application server with multiple users logging in for apps.  There is a setting IE7 that I want to change for ALL user profiles.  Under INTERNET OPTIONS - ADVANCED - SETTINGS - SECURITY
The following setting needs to be UNCHECKED
"Check for server certificate revocation"

Can I do that once for any user that logs in?

Thanks!

Use System-based Internet Restrictions (All Windows) (just FYI...)
http://www.pctools.com/guides/registry/detail/1133/

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
"CertificateRevocation"=dword:00000000

Change it to 1 for checked....

In the login script, or a startup batch file....

reg add "hkcu\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings" /v "CertificateRevocation" /t reg_dword /d 0x0 /f
