Help doesn't work in the system manager

Hi,
When I try to run help from system manager I get this error:
Microsoft Intelligent Message Filter has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

In the event viewer I get this:

I read somewhere that this is a know issue, Althought I didn't find a solution.

How do I fix this?
