VB Setup Uninstall question

Hi,

This is a first for me. I have a setup project that is working fine. How do I add the uninstall functionality to that installation? As well as remove, repair and so on if the setup.exe runs?

Thanks

If you are creating the setup using VS 2005, then they will be added automatically, you dont need to do anything extra.

asvforce,

That was what I thought, but it is not the case with me. I have no prior experience earlier than 2005 and did not know if I have to check or uncheck things.

Where can I start to look if it is not the case, like with me?

Thanks

Basically uninstall is a feature which all setup deployment has in them itself, so nothing you have to do with checking things. Try creating one setup for something and install it in your machine and remove it. Uninstall is always there. Belive me.

O.K,

I believe you. Maybe I should word my question better then. How can I add uninstall to my Program Menu: If you click on Start, All Programs, [My Program], Then there should be a uninstall.

As well as when I run the setup.exe file while the program is still installed. How do I get the menu there saying Remove, Repair.....

Sorry for any confusion. English is not my first language.

Okay i got it, and i guess you can do with third party installer, as i havent seen that addon with standard installers of VS 2005 or VB
