How do I download a folder with directory browsing?

With just plain IIS, I can give directory browsing for a folder which is great, but when I try to download a folder it doesn't work obviously. So What I started doing is using ASP.NET 2.0 and C# to display a list of the files and folders into separate Gridview tables. I just load up arrays with Directory.GetFiles and Directory.GetDirectories methods and feed them to the Gridviews. I'm stuck on figuring out exactly how to allow downloading of an entire directory? How do I do this?

In my opinion only files can be download and not folders. What you could do is try and zip the folder, send it back as a zip file.
