SBS Server crashing with MSExchangeAL errors in application log

HELP!  Application Log on a SBS 2003 server is flooded with reapeating errors.  this eventually crashes the server.

    Sounds like you need to make sure your Host A record for your exchange server is in DNS and that DNS setting is replicated to all DNS servers on the network.

    This is an SBS Server, so it should only be pointing to itself for DNS, so nothing to replicate.
    Ensure that is pointing to just itself for DNS, no external DNS Servers should be involved.
