Daylight Savings Patch for Comeing off of Daylight Savings?

I presume that the DST Patch from Febuary would be for both beginning and ending of daylight savings time, but i just want to be sure.  Am I correct in my presumtion?  Or, is there something that will need to be addressed for when the time changes?

The DST patches from February 06 timeframe apply to both changes that occur each year (until they cahnge it again).
