multiple params in my web.sitemap causing a problem.

I have the following in my .sitemap:
  <siteMapNode url="FixturesResults.aspx?team=first&view=fixtures" title="Fixtures"  description="This is the news page" >

it doesnt like the &view

this is my first experience of this in 2.0.

can any1 point out whats wrong with it?

Parser Error Message: The XML sitemap config file web.sitemap could not be loaded.  An error occurred while parsing EntityName. Line 5, position 59.

and in the code &view is underlined and says its expecting a ';'
