script to delete .bak files in all folders and subfolders

I want to create a script either .VBS or .bat to delete all my autocad .bak files once a week. I need it to do all the .bak files in all folders and subfolders in my D:

del /s /f /q *.bak

/s - deletes from subfolders
/f - force delete if read-only
/q - quiet mode, will not ask for permission
