Need Help with exchange account.

Hi All.

Please help me!

I had to delete an account off of AD for an employee today. What i didn't realise was that they were using their exchange email account. The account is still in the ESM but i cannot gain access to this or at least get the mail from it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can try to restore the account- I'm not sure that will work, but you can try:
You first need to re-create the user account - without a mailbox - then go to Exchange Sytem manager. Run the clean up agent which should force the orphaned mailbox to appear, you can then attatch the mailbox to the user account.
