I have added another mailbox into my existing mailbox through the Exchange Server Settings --> Advanced tab --> Add.

I could receive the email from the other mailbox without any problem. When I try to reply the emial, it could allow be to deliver out. I have already granted "owner" right to access this mailbox. Any idea ??

I using Outlook 2003 on Exchange 2003 server.

What permission did you grant to the mailbox?

There is no "Owner" permission.

There are only two permissions in Exchange that will do what you need - Full Mailbox Access and Send As. You need to set both permissions for this to work.
Due to the way that Exchange caches permissions it can take a couple of hours before the permission change is live.
