RAS, NAT problem, No internet access after installed NAT ??

this is a fresh installation

after installing NAT, the server can not access internet anymore and the web site is not accessible by the public.  internal clients can not access internet.

We have a network in this situation.

1 Dell 2950 Server (2 NICs), is a DC
T1 (Cisco Router, ISP locked, assigned static IP)
10+ workstations (must have access to DC, and internet)
5+ network printers and misc devices
1 Dell 3024 switch

All equipment are plugged into the Dell switch, including both NICs on the server.
1 NIC is assigned to the public IP  ex. 216.31.100.100, gateway to router IP, DNS to ISP's DNS
2nd NIC is assigned internal IP  192.168.1.1 ,gateway is blank  DNS pointed to itself 192.168.1.1

DHCP server is deployed on the 2nd NIC(internal network), to assign internal IPs 192.168.1.x

The Problem:
The internal workstations must have access to internet, so I installed NAT, followed the wizard, selected 1st NIC as Internet interface, and NAT enabled on 1st NIC, DNS, WINS pointed to internal NIC IP
Firewall is disabled

Did I miss something here?  How can I make the internal network gain access to internet while be able to access the DC(server) ?

it looks like you did it on the server and not the cisco router-you will need to enable mnat on the router and than apply an access list outbound
