How clairvoyant of you.

Considering Sharath is a known asker, and I have dealt with him myself many times, I am pretty confident it IS enabled.

Even if it isn't, now would be a good time to enable it for all the other readers out there.  It is one of the first things you should do after installing.

For the BCC you need to access the original 'sent' email, I do not believe there is any other way

Chris is correct, you can only access BCC information if you have access to the original message in the sender's "Sent Items" folder. That would detail the BCC information.

However, the whole point of the BCC field is to hide the names of the other recipients, whether it is so their email address isn't disclosed or simply the actual recipient doesn't know it has been sent to others. Since it would be a privacy issue to still store the BCC information in a message, it is stripped from the message before it is delivered to its designated recipient.

So, you need to access the sender's mailbox. This is something you need to discuss with your boss/HR, since there are all sorts of privacy implications with accessing someone elses mail. (In fact, Exchange by default denies all Administrators access to another person's mailbox)

Has Powershell sent you back into the Stone Age?

If managing Active Directory using Windows Powershell® is making you feel like you stepped back in time, you are not alone.  For nearly 20 years, AD admins around the world have used one tool for day-to-day AD management: Hyena. Discover why.

You could also do this with message tracking, it *should* show the recipients;

Does Message tracking have these details?

If it does it only works from the point at which the feature is activated so for this particular request it is ineffective ... you want an email details as already sent hence you need the info from the sender.

I just tested this on my own server, and yes, it does.

Put the sender in, put the server in, set the time correctly and search.

There will be one entry in message tracking, but all the CCs will show up.
