After a transition will the suppression of the connectors would impact the communication going throughthe 2 exchange servers

We have finished a transition from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007.
In the Exchange management concole (exch2003), we have deleted both  connectors available , the 2003 and the 2007 one.
Since we want to keep our Exchange server 2003 for approximativeley 2 weeks or 3 weeks before its decomission,  will this have any impact on the communication going on through Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007.

only if you mhave users on the EX03 servers who need to send emails to users on EX07 servers... if not then you should have any problems.  It is always good to keep the old servers running just in case you've missed something.
