PCL XL error w/ design template in slide master in PPT

Hello Experts...  I have a user who is trying to print a PowerPoint presentation. When they print it, slides that are using a particular design template result in the following error on the printer:

PCL XL error
Subsystem: IMAGE
Error: ExtraData
Operator: ReadImage
Position:95

When I apply a different design template, the page prints (although it doesn't look the way the user wants).

What can I do to resolve this? Is there a way to edit this design template to remove whatever error/corruption it is causing?
Thanks in advance!

EDIT:  I have found the solution to this issue:   The slide master for some reason had an image in it that looked like it went to the edge of the page. I made it a little smaller, and it prints fine now....
