Share GABs between exchange organizations in different forests

We have 2 forests with a single domain in each.  Each domain has it's own Exchange organization.  I have established a two way trusts between the forests and setup forwarders in DNS.  What is the best solution for sharing GABs between the two Exchange organizations?  We tried using a public folder but the email names are listed first name last name, which is how it searches as well.

The servers are all running Windows Server 2003 Standard with SP2.  One exchange organization is running Exchange 2003 Enterprise and one is running Exchange 2003 Standard.  All of our clients are using Windows XP and running either Outlook 2003 or Outlook 2007 for the client.

It isn't easy. I don't think you will be able to with the tools that you have. Microsoft have a product called MIIS (not to be confused with IIS) which will allow GALs to be shared, but it requires Enterprise edition of everything.
