CA Brightstor ARCserve Backup version 11.5

We install the manager to a workstation to allow our network operators to login and check log.  For some reasons, if we do not give local admin right of the workstation to this account, they cannot see the Activity log after they login.  Any ideas?

I guess that's the only way.  Thanks.
I was told it is a security issue. Give a user access to the queue (which is nice since they can get the single view of job status) then the user could access data via restore job, anyways.
