what does this mean

    i did  this command on router   -sh ima interface

ATM 0/0/0 is telling you the connection type and which number interface.
card/subcard/port (or ima interface)

All this is telling you is that the connection isn't working. Coule be a cable unplugged, could be a far end device not connected, could be lots of things.
