Outlook 2003 doesn't sync into Webmail / Exchange

I support a Win2003 Exchange server in an AD Domain and we recently swapped a client system for a user, due to a system problem it had.  We setup Outlook 2003 for that user on the swapped-in system and we got mostly everything by moving the .pst file. Since then, however, the Webmail isn't updated with the mail that has taken place since the swap. (The xactions from the local Outlook don't show in Webmail) Is there a sync setting in Outlook that I might've missed? Both client systems were WinXP Pro.

    Sounds like in your Mail setup on the machine you're delivering the mail to the .pst instead of the mailbox.  Go to control panel, mail, add/change and then change the delivery place of the mail.
