Problems with send/reciving with stocked email untill the limit on the users was set

Hello here is my Problem

I'm working in one corporation and it has their own Branch Offices with 64k-land line untill today they didnt had limit on their EMAIL. so they could get anything but today one of My Directors SEND FILE 50MB. and untill he was doing that i fixing up their accounts and i limited them to RECIVING MESSAGE SIZE 2MB and i didnt know about his email after this all my 50 BRANCH OFFICES. got problems they cant damn download his email can i somehow from Exchange 2003 System Manager or Active Directory or so to kill his email or coz each time they try send/recive they got stucked. please inform me as/ap

If you want to remove the email message from the mailboxes then use exmerge. That is what it was originally designed for.
