I am running an application, Epicor that uses the Crystal Reports XI runtime. &nbsp;We are using it in a Windows 2000 Terminal Server environment. &nbsp;When we attempt to look at Crystal Reports they show a black screen. &nbsp;We can print and export the file and it is in the correct format. &nbsp;I have seen many articles on the web about this being a known issue and having to do with ActiveX. &nbsp;I cannot find something that shows me exactly how to fix this problem. &nbsp;Any ideas?

Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application from SAP SE.
