Exchange 2007 CCR - related question

I have one Exchange 2007 server funtioning, not as part of a cluster,  as the only Exchange server in my enterprise.   I want to make that part of an active/passive node cluster through Windows 2003.

Do I need to create the cluster before I install Exchange or can I do it after the fact?

I read that article on msexchange after I posted the question.   Yes I do agree that the cluster needs to be configured first.   Although I read article prior to reading your response I am still going to give you the points because you did answer the question.

Thank you
