I have a weird issue that one of my users noticed today...When he replies to an email sometimes it shows that reply icon (envelop &lt;-) and sometimes does not.<br />

I noticed this on some of my emails as well...not a huge deal, but since he works out of his email all day, he actually uses the reply icon to see if he sent a response to a customer or not.<br />

Does anyone know of a fix/patch for this issue?<br />

I was reading some newsgroups that actually mentions this issue, but no real resolution.<br />

We are running Exchange 2K3 SP2 with Outlook 2003 client (mixed mode) SP2 (for the most part).
