Cant Right Click on Start Menu Items

This is more a bug bear than a real problem.... I think...

We recently installed an SBS2003 machine at our clients offices and we cannot right click anything on the menu that appears when you click start.

i.e. click start and 'SERVER MANAGEMENT' appears at the top of the menu list. If we right click this icon - to say create a shortcut, nothing happens - no sub menu appears.

The same happens in the menu structure - i.e. START - ALL PROGRAMS - RIGHT CLICK INTERNET EXPORER - Nothing... and ditto with the CONTROL PANEL - ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS  and so on.

We CAN right click just above the start button and select 'properties'

Right click DOES WORK in explorer.

I appreciate this may be something about nothing - but I wanted to check it out incase its something more serious.

Thank you and Regards
