Cannot find user 'clearcase_albd' in AD

I cannot find a user clearcase_albd in Active Directory. I have tried browsing and using the Find feature in AD with no luck. I know the accoutn exists as a. I can see the user running a process in Task manager and b. I cannot add this user as the account already exists.

thanks for the suggestion. The situation is that I cannot see the account in AD. Therefore I will be unable to change the password or reset it. Ive tried the usual things but cannot find the account in AD.
