Setting up Dial from Outlook with Cisco CallManager VOIP

I am having problems configuring Outook to dial out over our new Cisco VOIP system.
Cannot get the Cisco Lines to appear under the dialing options in Outlook.
Only the H323 and IPCONF lines show.  I was able to install it on my workstation, but
have not been able to duplicate on the rest of the machines.
The Telephony service seems to ignore the Cisco settings.
Using Cisco's TSP program that came with callmanger.

Cisco CallManager 6
Exchange 2003
Office 2003

Irmoore,

Was able to correct this by adding the end user to the CTI users in CallManager.  Once I did that,I was able to install CiscoTSP and Dial from Outlookcontact works great.

Hi,
I need to make Cisco TSP work with outlook 2007 and Call Manager 4.1.. First I need to download this software.  I have no cisco support contract, is it possible to download this app somewhere else?
